Community Run

I really think I could've ran more. I ran all the downhills and walked all the uphills which took a lot more time. And now my legs are burning which is always fun!

  1. Good job jess! Next time try to pace yourself so at least your jogging more than 50% of the community run. Burning legs means that you have to let your body adapt bit by bit everytime you run so keep working hard on it and never give up on yourself!

  2. jessica! i think you should write more on how you struggled and how you think you could have improved. Surronding yourself with positive people will always help you to pace yourself and try your very best.
