I think I've done much better in the second semester. I've Been helping out more by helping with setting up the equipment and putting it away. I've been away a couple of times and I almost always have my gym strip. I try to keep a positive attitude but I still need to improve my attitude during fitness days. I've noticed I've been eating a lot healthier lately. After school I've been eating fruits and vegetables a lot recently. During the regular PE classes, I bring a positive attitude and I try my best to motivate others. I cheer people on whether it's when they throw the frisbee really smoothly or if their just feeling down and seem like they could use encouragement!
I really like doing the insanity workouts. I'm not really much of an hot, sunny weather-loving person so I prefer being inside during PE. If the weather outside is in between hot and cold then I would love to do anything outside
I've really enjoyed the games we play as a class but not so much when we do choice. I just feel not everyone tries and it starts to rub off on me but I do try and keep an open mind.
I've been spending a lot of time on my trampoline lately. My mom makes me spend at least an hour with my sister so I take her to jump on the trampoline. I'm not sure if it actually classifies as a physical activity but if you're on it for an hour, you would sweat!
Jessica you are the perfect student for Get Fit... did you sign up? The more you come to terms with your actual ability to get uncomfortable the easier this will all become. You are kind and helpful to others... we just need to keep working on how hard you ca push yourself. :0 Have a great summer. Keep you blog going. PS still need a mark.
